Passion Amaro
This cocktail is from Sixyone restaurant. The name Passion Amaro is connected to the ingredients used, Amaro in Italian means bitter, in this case, the Italian bitter Campari complements the tropical flavour of the passion fruit, creating an explosion on your palate. The fresh lime juice is balanced with the healthy agave nectar making it good for those counting calories.

Amaro is very popular in Italy, with Santoni itself hailing from Tuscany. A modernised amaro, its unique, patented vacuum distillation makes the botanicals bright and fresh. - 30ml Mondino Amaro
- 20ml Amaro Santoni
- 15ml Four Roses bourbon
- 10ml lemon juiceplus a strip of lemon peel to garnish
Method
step 1
Pour all the ingredients, except the lemon peel, into a cocktail shaker along with some ice.
step 2
Shake well, then double-strain into a martini or coupe glass and garnish with a strip of lemon peel.
