  • ½, sliced into wedges lime
  • 3 tsp caster sugar
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 50ml cachaca

    Method

    • step 1

      Use the end of a rolling pin to muddle the lime wedges and sugar together in an old fashioned glass or tumbler. Halve the passion fruit, scoop out the pulp and add to the glass. Lightly muddle again and pour in the cachaça. Fill the glass with ice and stir well until combined and the ice has diluted a little before serving.
