- 50ml dry gin
- 10ml dry white vermouth
- 7.5ml brine from a jar of pickles, plus a pickle to garnish
Method
step 1
Stir the gin, vermouth and pickle brine together with ice in a mixing glass until the outside of the glass feels very cold. Strain into a frozen martini glass and garnish with a pickle.
