  • 2 tsp caster sugar
  • 60ml bourbon
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 25ml pineapple juice
  • 1 egg white
  • pineapple wedge to garnish (optional)

    Method

    • step 1

      Put the sugar, bourbon, lemon juice, pineapple juice and egg white into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 15-30 seconds, Strain into an old fashioned cocktail glass and serve.
