Lower-ABV cocktails are perfect for warm weather drinking when pacing is important. When it comes to the lemonade, don’t pick a cloudy variety – 7 Up or Sprite is best, and we also like it made with Fanta Lemon.

Rebujito recipe

  • 75ml fino or manzanilla sherry
  • 100ml 7 Up or Sprite
  • 1 sprig of mint

    Method

    • step 1

      Fill a chilled highball glass with ice. Add the fino or manzanilla sherry and 7 Up or Sprite. Gently stir and garnish with a sprig of mint.
