Recreate this popular Spanish tapas dish at home with our recipe, complete with a classic paprika tomato sauce
Muddle the grapefruit pieces in a large jug, then mix in the wine, brandy and liqueur. Chill for 1 hr so the flavours can infuse. Add the fruit and mint, and top up with the lemonade. Stir well and serve over ice in tumblers or copa de balon glasses.
