Try our rosé sangria, then try our classic sangria, white wine sangria or raspberry frosé.


Rosé sangria recipe

  • 1 large grapefruit
    peeled and roughly chopped
  • 750ml bottle of dry rosé wine
  • 50ml brandy
  • 50ml raspberry or other berry liqueur
  • 400-500g mixed summer berries
    (we used strawberries, raspberries and cherries)
  • a few small mint sprigs
  • lemonade
    for topping up

    Method

    • step 1

      Muddle the grapefruit pieces in a large jug, then mix in the wine, brandy and liqueur. Chill for 1 hr so the flavours can infuse. Add the fruit and mint, and top up with the lemonade. Stir well and serve over ice in tumblers or copa de balon glasses.
