Serve this cocktail-dessert hybrid for an easy yet impressive end to an Italian-inspired al fresco dinner

- 2 large spoons lemon sorbet
- 2 tbsp limoncello or vodka
- prosecco, chilled, to top up
Method

Divide the lemon sorbet between two glasses. Add a shot of vodka or limoncello to each and top up with prosecco.

Spoon or pour into the cold glasses, scatter with lemon zest, and serve, topped up with more prosecco if you like. Eat with a teaspoon.
