Chai latte
Infuse black tea and almond milk with fragrant spices for a dairy-free twist on this Indian-inspired drink
Extract your coffee (you can also use decaf).
Mix and heat your milk – use a whizz, espresso machine or automatic milk frother for easy heating and mixing. Add chai or syrup and apple purée to the milk. Add honey, if desired, during or after frothing. Froth the milk mixture, blend it well and pour into a glass. Gently pour the coffee on top of the milk mixture.
For extra decadence, add a dollop of freshly whipped cream on top and sprinkle with cinnamon and or grated nutmeg. Garnish with a slice of apple.
