  • 40ml (Rosa’s uses Portobello Road gin infused with a pinch of saffron) gin
  • 20ml sugar syrup
  • 15ml Mandarin Napoleon liqueur
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • egg white
  • a few leaves Thai basil
  • ice

Method

  • step 1

    For each cocktail, muddle everything together in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then shake really well and strain into a tumbler over fresh ice.

    Add extra basil and a slice of lemon to serve.
