- 50ml London dry gin
- 20ml-25ml dry sherryfino or manzanilla is best
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- 1 orange twist
Method

Put the gin, dry sherry and orange bitters with some ice in a mixing glass or cocktail shaker. Stir together until the outside of the glass feels cold. Strain into a frozen coupe or nick & nora glass and garnish with an orange twist.
