Picanha is also known as the top sirloin cap or the rump cap. Popular in the US and Brazil, it’s a pointed cut, so it's great for serving a crowd as you’ll get well done to rare from the same piece of beef. Check out our steak recipes for more inspiration.

This Brazilian seafood stew is packed with king prawns and meaty white fish, then flavoured with chilli, ginger and black pepper for a gently spiced dish.

Salpicoa is a typical salad from Brazil, which is quite similar to a waldorf. It might seem strange topping a salad with fries but it really works here.
