Portuguese halibut com piri-piri

This hearty fish recipe, a cherished favourite on the menu at Lisboeta, Nuno Mendes' tribute to his hometown of Lisbon, is a delightful dish for sharing. For ease we recommend pairing it with sautéed potatoes at home.
