- 400g small Brussels sproutstrimmed, discoloured leaves removed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- buttersoftened, to finish

Method
step 1
Put the sprouts in a bowl, drizzle with the oil and some seasoning, then toss well. Heat the air fryer to 180C. Cook the sprouts for 10-15 mins, giving the basket a shake now and again, until charred in places and tender.

Tip into a warm bowl with a knob of butter and seasoning, and toss to coat.
