- a small bunch flat-leaf parsleyfinely chopped
- a small bunch tarragonfinely chopped
- ½ a bunch chivesfinely chopped
- 1 lemonzested and juiced
- 2 cloves garliccrushed
- ½ a tsp black peppercornscrushed
- 200g unsalted buttersoftened

Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl with the soft butter and season generously with salt.
