SALSA BANDERA
- 6 small tomatoesdiced
- 1 small onionchopped
- 20g corianderchopped
- 1-2 jalapeñoschopped
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Squeeze lime juice

Prepare the salsa bandera in a bowl: mix together the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, chopped coriander and chopped jalapeños in a bowl. Season with salt and the squeeze of lime juice.
