- 2 tsp (find it in the spice section at supermarkets za’ataror use cumin seeds)

Method
step 1
Put the flatbreads on two large baking sheets and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle over the za’atar then bake for 5-7 minutes in a 180C/fan 160C/gas 4 oven until warmed through. Serve with a bowl of yoghurt.
