- 25ml rye whiskey
- 25ml cognac
- 25ml sweet vermouth
- 1 tsp benedictine
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- maraschino cherryto garnish
Method
step 1
Put all of the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir gently until the outside of the glass is cold. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
