  • 12 mini cooking chorizos
  • 150g raw peeled prawns
  • 300g jar of white beans
  • flat-leaf parsley
    chopped
  • bread
    to serve

Method

  • step 1

    Fry the mini cooking chorizos in a small, dry frying pan over a low heat, turning until browned and released lots of oil

  • step 2

    Tip out most of the oil, push the chorizo to one side of the pan and add the raw peeled prawns, and cook for a couple of minutes.

  • step 3

    Meanwhile, purée the of white beans with any liquid from the jar and season well.

  • step 4

    Warm it through then tip into a warmed dish, top with the chorizo and prawns, and scatter with chopped flat-leaf parsley. Serve with bread for scooping.
