- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 lemonzested
- 1 tbsp capersdrained well and chopped
- chopped to make 1 tbsp cornichons
- roughly chopped to make 2 tsp dill
- 1 small ridge cucumbersliced diagonally to make ovals
- 1 fillet hot smoked salmonbroken into flakes

Method
step 1
Mix the crème fraîche, mayo, lemon zest, capers, cornichons, half the dill and season. Spoon onto the cucumber disks, add a piece of the smoked salmon and scatter over a little dill to serve.
