- 1-2 tbsp curry paste
- 1 onionchopped
- 1 green chillisliced
- 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
- 1 carton coconut cream
- 1 tbsp mango chutney
- 500g raw peeled prawns
- to serve coriander
- squeeze to taste lime

Method
step 1
Fry curry paste in oil, add onion, green chilli, chopped tomatoes and coconut cream and simmer until the onion is soft. Add mango chutney and prawns and cook until the prawns are cooked through. Stir in a handful of chopped coriander and a squeeze of lime.
