Rustle up this recipe for prawn noodles with peanut dressing, then check out our prawn laksa.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 100g egg noodles
  • 150g cooked peeled prawns
  • 50g mangetout, halved lengthways
  • 1 red chilli, sliced
  • 2 spring onions, shredded

Method

  • STEP 1

    Whisk the peanut butter, sesame, soy and chilli sauce with 2 tbsp boiling water to make a dressing.

  • STEP 2

    Cook the noodles according to pack instructions. Drain then put in a bowl with the prawns, mangetout and dressing.
    Toss together and serve sprinkled with chilli and spring onions.
