Ingredients
- 300g ciabatta bread mix
- 6 tbsp ricotta
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 50g parmesan or vegetarian alternative, grated
- 200g baby leaf greens, shredded
- olive oil
Method
- STEP 1
Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Make up the bread mix following the pack instructions, then roll out the dough to make a large pizza base. Put on a heavy baking sheet.
- STEP 2
Beat the ricotta to soften it, then beat in half the garlic, all of the cheese and lots of seasoning. Spread over the pizza base leaving a small border.
- STEP 3
Briefly fry the greens in 2 tbsp olive oil and the rest of the garlic, season then arrange over the base. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the base is puffed and golden and the greens are slightly charred.
