- 2 skinless chicken breast filletscut into chunks
- 1 clove garliccrushed
- 1 lemon1/2 juiced and zested, 1/2 cut into wedges

Method
step 1
Put the chicken, garlic, lemon juice and zest, oregano and olive oil into a bowl. Season well then toss together and leave for 30 minutes.

Thread the chicken onto skewers with pieces of pepper and onion in between. Griddle or grill until golden and cooked through.

Serve on a flatbread with some salad and a couple of lemon wedges for squeezing.
