- 150ml mayonnaise
- 1 limezested and juiced
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 small green chilliseeded and diced
- 1 tbsp golden caster sugar

- 75g red cabbagevery thinly sliced
- 75g white cabbagevery thinly sliced
- 2 carrotsjulienned
- 1 large red oniondiced
- 4 stalks celerysliced
- 5 radishesthinly sliced

Method
step 1
For the dressing, mix the mayonnaise, lime, vinegar, chilli and sugar in a small bowl with a whisk. Season.

Chop the veg and pour over the dressing. Mix and chill until needed.
