
Steamed fish with ginger and orange

It only takes 5 ingredients to make this healthy supper for two. Delicate sea bass fillets are steamed with ginger, garlic and orange then finished with coriander. Serve with a big bowl of wilted greens for a low-fat dinner.

Method
step 1
Lightly oil a piece of baking parchment the size of a dinner plate. Put the fish fillet skin-side down in the centre and scatter over some ginger, garlic, orange zest and orange juice.
Put in a steamer basket (it doesn’t matter if the parcel flips up a bit at the edges), cover with the lid and steam for 5 minutes, more if the fish is big. Serve with coriander scattered over.
