- 1 small Romaine or Cos lettuceleaves torn
- 1 avocadocubed
- 5 baby plum tomatoeshalved
- t 200g cooked turkey breasroughly torn

- 1 red chilliseeded and diced
- 1 limezested and juiced

Method
step 1
Whisk the dressing ingredients together with some seasoning. Put the lettuce on a serving plate, and add the avocado, tomatoes, turkey and mint. Drizzle over the dressing just before serving.
