- 2 skinless cooked chicken breastscut into chunks
- 1 avocadopeeled, stoned and cut into chunks
- 16 baby plum tomatoeshalved
- 1/2 cucumbercut into chunks
- 12 radishesquartered
- 1 romaine lettucechopped

DRESSING
- 1/2 clove garliccrushed
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp caster sugar
- 4 tbsp olive oil

Method
step 1
Put the garlic, mustard, vinegar and sugar in a bowl and whisk together, then gradually whisk in the olive oil and 1 tbsp of water. Season well.

Put the remaining ingredients in a large bowl or on a platter, then drizzle over the dressing and gently toss.
