- 1 avocadopeeled and cut into pieces
- 200g roast turkey breastchopped
- 100g mini plum tomatoesquartered
- 50g watercressleaves only
- 2 slices smoked baconcooked

Method
step 1
To make the dressing mix 2 tbsp oil with the other ingredients in a small bowl and season.
step 2
Arrange all the salad ingredients, except the bacon, on a serving plate. Crumble over the bacon and spoon over the dressing just before serving.
