Make this comforting classic by wrapping chicken breast in streaky bacon before smothering it in BBQ sauce and molten cheese – serve with mash and wilted greens for a hearty dinner for two

- 2 chicken breasts
- 6 streaky bacon rashers
- 100ml BBQ sauce
- 30g grated mozzarella
- 30g grated mature cheddar
- mashed potato and steamed greensto serve

Method
step 1
Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Put the chicken breasts on a board and season lightly. Cut the bacon rashers in half lengthways and wrap these around the chicken breasts, overlapping them. Put on a baking tray and roast for 25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crisp.

Remove the chicken from the oven and spoon over the BBQ sauce. Sprinkle over the cheeses, then return the chicken to the oven for 5 minutes until the cheeses have melted and start to bubble. Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed greens.
