- 4 tbsp dry sherry
- 142ml tub soured cream

Method
step 1
Fry the pork and then the mushrooms in a little oil and butter until cooked. Add the paprika and fry for 1 minute, then add the sherry and bubble until it has evaporated. Stir in the soured cream and season well. Sprinkle with another pinch of paprika.
