- 6 slices brown bread
- 3 slices roast beeffinely chopped
- 1 mashed (optional) pickled walnut
- a handful watercressfinely chopped
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard

Method
step 1
Butter the bread and divide the beef between 3 slices. Add pickled walnut (if using).
Mix the watercress and crème fraîche, season and spread on top.
Add mustard to the remaining bread, top, trim the crusts and cut into 3 fingers.
