    very thinly sliced

Method

  • step 1

    Put the potatoes, leeks, chicken stock and coriander seeds in a wok or frying pan. Season with black pepper. Boil for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are just tender.

  • step 2

    Put the gammon on top of the vegetables and cook for 6 minutes. Finish under the grill and either stir the mustard into the sauce or serve it on the side.
