- ½ lemonzested
- a handful of leaves basilchopped
- 4 Italian flatbreads
- 8 slices parma ham

Method
step 1
Mix the ricotta, lemon and basil and season. Spread over the flatbreads then grill briefly until golden. Tear over the ham, add a little more basil and drizzle with olive oil.
