Try this baked feta with chilli jam, then check out our baked feta pasta and baked feta salad.

  • olive oil
  • 200g block feta
  • 2 tbsp Tracklements chilli and chorizo jam
  • 150g orzo
  • a small handful basil
    shredded

CHOPPED SALAD

  • ½ a head romaine lettuce
    chopped
  • 1 avocado
    diced
  • ½ red onion
    finely chopped
  • ¼ cucumber
    diced
  • 12 baby plum tomatoes
    quartered
  • ½ tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method

  • step 1

    Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Put the feta in a small, lightly oiled baking dish and spread the chilli jam on top. Drizzle with a little more olive oil then put in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until oozing and melted.

  • step 2

    Meanwhile, boil the orzo in salted water until just tender then drain and toss with some salt and a drizzle of olive oil.

  • step 3

    Toss the salad ingredients together and serve with the baked feta and orzo, and scatter with basil.
