Crab and avo tacos

Ingredients
- 4 small tortillas
- 100g white crab meat
- 3 spring onions, shredded
- ½ avocado, sliced
- 1 tbsp soured cream
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ tbsp Tabasco chipotle chilli sauce
- a handful coriander, chopped
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
Method
- STEP 1
Griddle the tortillas or warm them in a dry frying pan. Divide the crab between them and top with the onion and avocado. Mix the cream, mayo and chilli sauce and thin with water. Drizzle the sauce over the tacos and sprinkle with coriander and red chilli before folding or rolling them up.
