Method
step 1
Mix the salsa ingredients and season. Heat a griddle to high. Oil the gammon
then season with pepper and grill for a few minutes on each side until cooked through. Fry the eggs in a small frying pan.step 2
Serve the gammon with the eggs, pineapple salsa and some watercress.
