  • 300g ciabatta mix
  • 250g block halloumi
    very thinly sliced
  • ½ red onion
    very thinly sliced
  • olive oil
  • 2 tbsp capers
    drained
  • 1 red chilli
    finely chopped
  • ½ small clove garlic
    crushed
  • a handful parsley
    chopped to serve

Method

  • step 1

    Heat the oven to 200c/fan 180c/gas 6. Make up the ciabatta mix and divide into 2.
    Roll out into ovals and put them on a large baking sheet.
    Divide the halloumi and red onion between them, season and drizzle with a little oil.
    Bake for 10-12 minutes until puffed.

  • step 2

    Mix the rest of the ingredients with 2 tbsp olive oil and season. Spoon over the hot pizzettes before eating.
