Try this recipe for homemade muesli, then check out our bircher muesli, healthy granola and overnight oats.

  • 3 cups oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • ½ cup sesame seeds
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup soft dried apricots
    chopped

to serve

  • milk or yogurt
  • fresh fruit

    Method

    • step 1

      Tip the oats into a large airtight container and stir in the nuts, seeds, raisins, cranberries and apricots. To serve, spoon a portion into a bowl, pour on some milk or natural yogurt and top with fresh fruit.
