  • 45ml scotch whisky
  • 15ml runny honey
  • 1 lemon
    juiced to make 15ml, plus a slice to garnish
  • cinnamon stick
    to garnish
  • 2 cloves
    to garnish
  • star anise
    to garnish

    Method

    • step 1

      Pre-warm a heatproof glass mug by filling it with just-boiled water and then tipping it out. Combine 150ml of just-boiled water with all of the cocktail ingredients, except the garnishes, in the warm mug. Garnish with the lemon and whole spices.
