Nutella 2 big tbsp

eggs 2, whisked with a little milk

butter

caramel sauce 100ml with a pinch of sea salt added

banana 6 slices

step 1

Sandwich the brioche slices together with Nutella. Tip the egg into a dish and soak the brioche sandwich on both sides for a few minutes.

step 2

Heat a frying pan, add a little butter and fry the brioche gently on each side until golden brown and a little puffed up.

step 3

Warm up the caramel sauce with the banana. Cut the brioche in half and serve with the caramel bananas and some sauce.
