Classic biscotti
These twice-baked biscuits are the perfect accompaniment to a cup of tea. They are traditionally made with skin-on almonds that give a delicate nutty flavour
Divide the lemon sorbet between two glasses. Add a shot of vodka or limoncello to each and top up with prosecco.
Spoon or pour into the cold glasses, scatter with lemon zest, and serve, topped up with more prosecco if you like. Eat with a teaspoon.
