- 150g spaghettini or spaghetti
- 4 garlic clovesfinely sliced
- 1 red chillifinely sliced
- 5 shallotsfinely sliced
- 50ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lemonzest and juice
- bunch flat-leaf parsleychopped
- 100g white crabmeat
Method

Cook 150g spaghettini or spaghetti following pack instructions.

Gently cook garlic, red chilli and shallots in 50ml extra-virgin olive oil until aromatic. Add the zest and juice of 1 lemon and the chopped flat-leaf parsley, and fold 100g white crabmeat through on a gentle heat. Toss through the warm spaghettini, season and serve.
