Blueberry smoothie and granola bowls
Try this vibrant smoothie bowl with crunchy granola, blueberries and shaved coconut for a vibrant vegan brunch
Run warm water over the frozen acai sachet to loosen it from the pack. Put the acai pulp (or acai powder and ice cubes), banana, berries and liquid in a blender, and blitz on high for 2-3 mins or until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings, such as granola, nut butter and fresh fruit. Hemp seeds provide additional protein.
