Berry and nut butter porridge
Packed with nuts, fruit and oats, this hearty porridge bowl is perfect for a post-workout breakfast
Combine the oats, chia seeds and spices in a large bowl. Stir in the milk, yogurt, grated apple and maple syrup, and leave for at least 1 hr or overnight.
Serve topped with extra yogurt, a scattering of coconut flakes, the apple batons, a drizzle of maple syrup and some pomegranate seeds, if you like.
