  • 200g ciabatta bread mix or pizza base mix
  • for frying butter
  • 1 clove garlic
    crushed
  • 200g baby spinach
    chopped
  • 100g soft cheese
  • 50g artichoke hearts from a jar
    chopped
  • 1 ball mozzarella
    sliced
  • to serve extra-virgin olive oil

Method

  • step 1

    Make up the dough following pack instructions and leave while you prep the toppings.

  • step 2

    Melt a knob of butter in a frying pan and cook the garlic for a minute. Add the spinach and cook, stirring until wilted. Stir in the soft cheese then season really well and take off the heat.

  • step 3

    Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Roll out the dough to a large circle and put on an oiled baking sheet.

  • step 4

    Spread the spinach cream cheese mix over the pizza, then top with the artichokes and mozzarella. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until lightly golden and the base is cooked. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
