- 500g gnocchi
- 200g tenderstem broccoli
- 150g dolcelatte or creamy blue cheesecrumbled
- 150ml pot single cream

Method
step 1
Heat the oven to 190C/fan 170C/gas 5. Heat a large pan of salted water to boiling. Cook the gnocchi following pack instructions then scoop out and drain. Cook the broccoli in the same water until just tender then drain.
step 2
Put the gnocchi, broccoli, cheese and cream in a bowl. Season well and stir together then tip into a buttered ovenproof dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbling. Serve with salad.
