Boursin canapé bites

- 3 tbsp ready-made crispy onions
- ½ tsp sweet smoked paprika
- 50g walnuts
- 2 tsp runny honey
- finely chopped to make 3 tbsp chives
- finely chopped to make 2 tbsp parsley
- ½ lemonfinely zested
- 2 x 150g packs Boursin Garlic & Herbs

Method
step 1
To make the crispy onion coating, chop the onions finely then toss with the smoked paprika.

To make the sticky walnut coating, toast the walnuts in a dry pan until fragrant, then chop finely. Tip back in the pan, add the honey and heat, stirring until it coats all the walnuts.

To make the mixed herbs and lemon coating, toss the chives, parsley and lemon zest in a bowl.

Put all the coatings on separate plates. Take teaspoons of Boursin and roll into bite-sized balls. Roll a third of the balls in each of the coatings then arrange on a platter. Serve on their own with mini skewers or with crackers or flatbreads.
