- 300g ciabatta bread mix
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 tbsp ricotta
- 1 clove garliccrushed
- 50g parmesan (or veggie alternative)finely grated
- 1 tsp black peppercornscrushed using a pestle and mortar

Method
step 1
Make up the bread mix following the pack instructions, then roll out to make a 30cm wide pizza base and put onto an oiled baking sheet.

Mix the ricotta with 1 tbsp of oil, the garlic and some salt.
step 3
Heat the oven to 220C/fan 200C/gas 7. Spread the ricotta over the base of the pizza. Sprinkle over the parmesan and black pepper, then drizzle with another tbsp of oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pizza is crisp and golden. Serve with dressed rocket, if you like.
