Parmesan-crusted cauli steaks

Ingredients
- 2 small heads cauliflower, cut into 2 cm slices
- 6 cloves garlic, unpeeled but bruised
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 100g parmesan (or vegetarian alternative), finely grated
Method
- STEP 1
Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6.
- STEP 2
Put the cauliflower slices in a bowl, add the garlic and olive oil, and gently toss.
- STEP 3
Tip onto 2 baking trays and season well. Roast for 20-25 minutes, turning now and again, until tender.
- STEP 4
Sprinkle over the parmesan then cook for another 10-15 minutes until crusted and golden.
