Ingredients
- 1 jar roasted red peppers
- 1 red chilli, chopped
- 1 plum tomato, chopped
- ½ clove garlic
- 2 tbsp blanched almonds, toasted
- ½ tsp hot smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method
- STEP 1
Tip all the ingredients into a small blender and whizz until combined and mostly smooth.
- STEP 2
If it seems too thick, add a little water and blend again until saucy.
